Twist Pen = Stained Glass Acrylic on Gold.
This Stained glass effect acrylic is on a 24k gold mechanism, it is a twist operation on just the very top section. It has a nice wide shirt clip and is well balanced.
The pen takes a "Cross" type refill, and comes in a presentation case, with a spare refill.
